
As I recall, I think this was the very first book I bought on how to Meditate. Back then, mid 90’s, there was no internet book shopping, no Amazon, so we had to go into book shops to find these resources. This book, “Teach Yourself to Meditate”, provided a good simple introduction to what Meditation is, basic steps to starting out, and then ideas for creating a daily practice. As I have said elsewhere, my experience is that our meditation practice changes as we need it to, over our lives, to address our conscious and unconscious needs, at that time.
