I am a Seeker like you.

Over 30 years ago i began my conscious life journey of awakening and exploration of who i truly am and why i am here, having this Human Experience. In my early 50s i understood my Life Purpose and since then i have been focused on creating the tools, envrionments and various levels of support to assist others to progess through their own life journeys.

How? When? And Why?

 

In my early 20’s my corporate life started at almost the exact same time as my conscious Spiritual Journey. Starting out as an Engineering Graduate in the early 1990’s in the UK. Coincidently my first Spiritual “awakening” happened at the same time. Perhaps you can recall your own first experience when something came into your life that made you question everything that you thought you knew about existence and the human experience? For me it was being introduced to a book called “The Only Planet of Choice”, (https://www.amazon.co.uk/Only-Planet-Choice-Essential-Briefings/dp/1858600235) by my new neighbour and now long term friend, who happened to be a Crop Circle Researcher.

Despite this amazing shift in the paradigm of what i thought life was about,  I made a conscious decision to focus on my Corporate Life and Career progression, raising a family and complying with the usual income/responsibility dynamics, whilst my Spiritual Journey continued sporadically in the background, and with little attention.

My Professional career progressed well, climbing the corporate ladder with increasing leadership roles at a young age. A diversion into International Development took me into the World of Government, World Bank, Multilaterals, living in Washington DC and travelling all over the world. At the same time, I was developing my meditation practice sporadically, enjoying experiencing natural energy work, e.g. through the structures at Stonehenge and Avebury and exploring Buddhism and challenging my teachers with my need for absolute details. Within a few years my personal World and responsibility grew from just one (me), to two and then the joy and challenge of small family life and the need for a career to support that became my dominant life focus, and my spiritual journey took a break for quite a few years

However, my intuitive “knowing” of there being more to life remained constant, if a little lacking in attention. Over the following years professionally I branched out into Consulting, creating my own renewable energy business, was approached to lead an investment project in New Zealand and spent 6 years there, which is where my spiritual calling kicked back in with my introduction to Reiki Energy healing. This is not an untypical situation, and often leads, as it did with me, to a point in your life when the force behind your Spiritual curiosity finally pushes you to take action.

This moment , 10 years ago, was pivotal to a path that led me to becoming a Reiki Master Healer and Teacher and essentially the path that led me to understanding my purpose and preparing myself to give back as a Spiritual Life Coach. In particular through collating and sharing my experience of Practical Spirituality through writing, and coaching groups and individuals.

It took me 30 years of amazing and enriching Life Challenges and experiences with family, career and multiple cultures around the World, and exploration of Reiki Energy Healing to get to this point of understanding my Life Purpose. These amazing experiences enabled me today, through  Life Coaching , to offer help to others to bring their own Spiritual Journey, Curiosity and desires into balance with the realities of their practical day to day life and responsibilities, and thrive in their new purpose-driven and aligned life paradigm. The book i autored and published in 2023, "Practical Spirituality a Guide", reflects my lessons and experience , along wih the storioes of 11 other authors, created to serve others looking for inspirition and answers.

 

 

 

As a qualified Life Coach, Reiki Master Healer and Teacher, with over 50 years of “enriching Planet Earth Human Life Experience”, I have the privilege of helping busy individuals courageously assess their personal situation and confidently and powerfully transform their lives, to achieve their dreams and aspirations, life and spiritual goals, in balance with the realities, challenges and practicalities of their everyday lives.
